Timers
Light timers help set up your lights to automatically come on and off at specific times you set for vegetative and flowering phases of growth. For vegetative stage, we recommend keeping your lights on anywhere from 24 to 18 hours per day, while in the flowering stage we recommend keeping the lights on for 12 hours. To help keep your environment more stable, try running your lights during the night and have them off during the warmest part of the day.
