Returns
At Grower's House we make returns easy. All product returns require a Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a RMA number, simply give our helpful staff a call at (855) 289-1441 during business hours or email at staff @ growershouse.com. Ship all returns to:

Unopened Products - If you have an unopened product, you can return it within 30 days of invoice date to get a full refund.
Opened Products - You can return some opened products within 30 days after invoice purchase date. Please contact us to find out if your product is returnable. There will be a restocking fee depending on the type of product because we do not resell returned products as new items. Products that we can never accept back if opened: grow lights, tents, nutrients, filters, and any other special order item.
Defective Products - If your product is defective within the warranty time frame then we will exchange your product for a new one or you can use that credit to go toward an alternative product. Just ship the item to us and we will cover the cost of shipping it back to you. If you send back an item that turns out to not be defective, we will ship it back to you at your expense.
Special Order Items - These are items that we do not stock in our warehouse, but instead we get from a third party supplier. These items are not eligible for a refund or replacement unless they are damaged or defective. If a product is a Special Order Item then it will have a note on the product page showing the Special Order Item designation. We often call customers after these orders are placed because of special shipping considerations.
Price Changes - If you order a product and we lower the price within a week (7 days) after you placed your order, you can get a refund for the price difference.
International Orders - We do ship internationally to most countries. Free shipping items only applies to domestic (US) shipments. Keep in mind each country has a different way of assigning duties to inbound packages from other countries. Growers House does not pay for return shipping costs in the event of warranty issues and/or damage caused by shipper. If for any reason the items you ordered are not allowed in your country, Growers House cannot be responsible for return shipping--we will refund all product costs, but not shipping costs.
