Using the same proven technology as our wildly popular GrowUFO® the AquaUFO™ is part brain, part brawn and all beauty. The AquaUFO™ features massive 2 watt 6500K and Lunar Blue LEDs that penetrate deep into the tank producing eye popping colors and fantastic shimmer effects. Say goodbye to energy hogging MH bulbs and eco damaging & ineffective fluorescent lamps.The AquaUFO emits virtually no heat so there's no need for chilling equipment . This results in up to 80% energy savings over traditional aquarium lighting. New Feature! Dual power switches and dual power cords allow actinics and whites to be controlled indpendently. Bring your blues on in the morning, add the the 6500ks at high noon, etc. Using your timer you can mimmick sunrise, midday and sunset. And it's a breeze to do because AquaUFOs can now be linked up to 10 units at a time. This means up to 10 AquaUFOs can be controlled with a single plug or timer. Use two timers and you can control the whites and blues independantly using our Pass-Thru-Power™ feature. This keeps things nice and tidy. No more extension cords or power strips for multiple lights.
