This Netafim line places its drippers every 24 in, each rated at a nominal 0.42 GPH. It is the 636 series with a 0.636 in bore and a 13 mil wall. Netafim lists that wall for multi-season service, in surface or subsurface installations. Every dripper is a real pressure compensating unit, so output holds steady over hills and dips along the row. Its self-adjusting silicone diaphragm keeps a constant pressure differential across the water passage. The diaphragm also self-flushes and resists chemicals used in fertigation. A large inlet filter and a wide, toothed flow path let fine debris pass instead of lodging. Drippers are injection molded and welded into seamless polyethylene tubing. Two orange stripes mark the tape as DripNet PC.

Running Pressure Compensating Drip Tape on Long Rows

Netafim's regulating range for DripNet PC begins at 6 psi. For the 13 mil wall, keep operating pressure at or below 26 psi, and below 39 psi while flushing. With this spacing on level ground, a 12 psi inlet supports a 635 ft lateral at 96.8% emission uniformity. Feeding the same line at 20 psi stretches the run to 855 ft. Netafim's USA page notes quarter-mile or longer runs are possible on hilly terrain with DripNet PC. Filter to 120 mesh, and check the filter more often during fertigation. Use DripNet PC tees or elbows sized for the 636 series at the header. Close lateral ends with end closures and open them during flushing. Check pressure at the far end of a few laterals after startup to confirm it stays in range. At season end, flush the system before shutting down or retrieving the tape.

Key Features

24 in dripper spacing: Nominal 0.42 GPH per dripper.

True PC drippers: Even output over undulating terrain.

0.636 in, 13 mil wall: Multi-season, surface or subsurface.

Debris tolerant: Large inlet filter and wide flow path.

Two orange stripes: Identifies DripNet PC in the field.

Technical Specifications

Specification

Value

Product

DripNet PC thinwall dripline, 636 series

Inside Diameter

0.636 in

Wall Thickness

13 mil

Dripper Spacing

24 in

Nominal Flow

0.42 GPH

Regulating Pressure

From 6 psi

Max Operating Pressure

26 psi

Max Flushing Pressure

39 psi

Filtration

120 mesh

Use

Multi-season, surface or subsurface

Identification

Two orange stripes

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0723/9450/6454/files/netafim-dripnet-pc-636-13-mil-24in-reel.webp?v=1792771188
https://growershouse.com/products/netafim-dripnet-pc-636in-diameter-13-ml-24in-spacing-0-4-gph-4300ft-coil
