The Grodan Stonewool Delta 10 Gro-Blocks are engineered for success. Measuring 4" x 4" x 4", these blocks are designed with a hole for seamless transplanting of seeds, clones, and other small propagating plants.
The blocks are produced in collaboration with the Wageningen University and Research facility in The Netherlands and top growers throughout North America. The result of extensive scientific research and trials is a block with advanced wetting agent that promotes more uniform water distribution throughout the block.
These leading-edge blocks feature an optimal fiber structure and physical properties for crop uniformity and the greatest steering capabilities. The advanced wetting agent and hydrophilic technology further enhance the water characteristics, leading to greater plant development, steerability, and efficient use of water and nutrients.
The blocks are the perfect size to place a 1.5-inch round starter plug, macro-plug, or mini-block. Once seedling roots have grown 1-inch long from the bottom of the starter plug, you can simply transplant the plug into this block. For larger growing volumes, the Delta 10 block can be placed on top of a grow slab.
With its compressed stonewool fibers and improved grooved base, the Grodan Stonewool Delta 10 Gro-Block is the most uniform block available on the market, ensuring superior drainage. Each strip comes with 6 blocks, and each case includes 24 strips for a total of 144 blocks per case
