Return Policy

GrowersHouse makes returns easy as possible. All product returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before a refund or exchange will be issued. GrowersHouse will contact you within 24 hours* to issue an RMA number as applicable.

Defective & Warranty Claims

Defective Product, No Warranty: If your product is defective, fill out the return form below. It asks for pictures of the defect (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will review the claim, and provide a replacement product or refund.

Warranty Claims: If your product is defective and there is a manufacturer warranty, the warranty will prevail above all else. Below, fill out the defective return form, and include pictures of the defect and product serial numbers. Submitting all the necessary information upfront ensures the most efficient processing of the claim. We will submit the claim to the manufacturer, and update you throughout the process.

If you are unsure if your claim falls under warranty or not, submit the claim as a warranty claim, and we will pull the necessary information to determine whether your defective product is still under warranty.

Good Merchandise Returns (Order & Pick Errors)

Good Merchandise within 30 Days (Order Error): Within 30 days of purchase, if you have decided you no longer need the product, complete the form below, and we will provide you with return instructions. Here are a couple of points regarding good merchandise returns:

  • The product must be in its original box (with all contents), and in saleable condition.
  • If this is a special order item, we may need to assess a fee.
  • Depending on the situation, we may deduct the shipping cost from the final refund, once the product is inspected.
  • Non-returnable Items: Nutrients, Soils & Media, Pesticides, Insecticides

Good Merchandise 31+ Days (Order Error): Beyond 30 days of purchase, if you have decided you no longer need the product, complete the form below, and we will provide you with return instructions. Here are a couple of points regarding good merchandise returns

  • The product must be in its original box (with all contents), and in saleable condition.
  • Because the order is beyond 30 days, we will assess a 15% fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Depending on the situation, we may deduct the shipping cost from the final refund, once the product is inspected.
  • Non-returnable Items: Nutrients, Soils & Media, Pesticides, Insecticides

Good Merchandise Return (Pick Error): If you were shipped the wrong product, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Below, fill out the form if you received a different item than you ordered. We’ll get a replacement order processed, and shipped immediately.

Shortage & Overage Claims

In the rare event, you receive more or less than what you ordered, fill out the form below to submit your claim. If you received less than you ordered, we will either ship you an additional product or issue a refund.

Damage Claims

Damage in Transit (FedEx or Other Carriers): If your product arrives damaged, fill out the form below and be sure to include pictures of the damage. We will submit a damage claim with FedEx or the appropriate carrier, and provide a replacement product or refund.

Lost Package Claims

Lost Package (FedEx or Other Carriers): If the company delivering the package loses your shipment, or fails to deliver to the correct address, fill out the form below with information about your order, and we will begin a lost package claim with the freight carrier. (As a guide, typically, FedEx takes 48-72 hours to investigate a lost package.)
