Where the Hanna pHep 4 Fits in a Grow Room

The range runs -2.0 to 16.0 pH at 0.1 resolution and ±0.1 accuracy, with temperature from -5 to 60 °C. Readings are temperature compensated automatically. The sensor is an HI73127 cartridge that unscrews and replaces, which is the difference between a five year tool and a disposable one. Four cells run it for roughly 300 hours and it shuts off after eight idle minutes. The casing is waterproof and it floats.

Calibration is automatic, one point or two, against the 4.01 and 7.01 buffers that come in the box. Storage solution comes with it as well, and that is where the tip belongs between readings.
