International Orders - Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping only applies to domestic shipments.

  • GrowersHouse is not responsible for shipping costs in the event of warranty issues, damage caused by the shipper, or because the items you ordered are not allowed in the destination country. If we shipped you the wrong item, or there was some other product error, reach out to us at staff@growershouse.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  • In some cases, the warranty may be void once the product crosses international borders. Products sold by GrowersHouse have a United States warranty and are warrantied by the product's manufacturer and GrowersHouse when used in the United States.

  • Certain products are not available to ship internationally.

  • Our international orders will ship complete, meaning we will wait until all items are ready to be shipped.

  • If you order something on extended backorder, in other words, it won't be available for 30 days or more, we will cancel that portion of your order, refund the amount, and ship what is available.
