If the pump outlet is 3/4 in, a one-inch kit at the chiller buys you nothing, because the restriction lives upstream. Larger fittings never add cooling either. The AACH50 puts out what it is rated for and the fittings only decide how hard the pump works to move water through it. One-inch tubing is stiff and unforgiving in a cold room. Warm the ends before seating them, and get the clamps behind the barb ridge rather than on top.
