Range runs from ambient to 480 F with accuracy held to 1 F. It reaches 100 F in about forty minutes. Four aluminium pan shelves ship with it and the chamber takes up to eight. Shelf surfaces are 11.5 by 11.25 in with an inch between them at full load. Each shelf carries under 10 kg.

Purging and degassing are what most of these ovens do all day. Pulling a vacuum drops the boiling point, so solvent leaves at a temperature that does not cook what is left behind. Ultimate vacuum here is better than 500 microns with a pump that can hold it. The gauge reads zero to thirty inches of mercury, and both ports are KF25 flanges. A needle valve and vent port give you adjustable gas backfill when an inert atmosphere matters. Three inches of insulation keep the outside of the case cool enough to stand next to. The dual-layer window is half-inch tempered safety glass, so you can watch a run without breaking vacuum. It is UL and CSA listed under file E482564 and CE compliant.
