Shipping Information

Our shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS, and USPS, although we primarily use UPS. Please see shipping details below and estimated shipping times from our main warehouse in Tucson, AZ. 

  • Shipments > (greater than) 5 lbs will ship via UPS Ground, unless FedEx is requested.
  • Shipments < (less  than) 5 lbs will ship via United States Postal Service utilizing USPS Ground Advantage.
  • UPS delivers Monday through Friday.
  • All orders with a PO BOX address must ship via USPS.
  • Discreet packaging provided upon request.
  • International shipments will ship to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • Free Shipping only applies to domestic US shipments (lower 48 states -- sorry Alaska & Hawaii). 
  • We ship internationally to most countries. Keep in mind each country has a different way of assigning fees to inbound packages. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, import taxes, customs charges, GST, customs value, or any other fees assessed by your particular government or country for importing a product.
  • GrowersHouse does not pay for return shipping costs in the event of warranty issues and/or damage caused by the shipper.
  • The manufacturer may void the warranty once the product crosses an international border.
  • If for any reason the items you ordered are not allowed in your country, GrowersHouse is not responsible for return shipping.
  • All orders with a PO BOX address must ship via USPS.

  • International shipments will ship to you via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • For shipments too large (size, dimensions, weight, quantity, etc.) to ship via a small parcel carrier, we will ship on pallet/s to you via a trucking company ("less than truck load" carrier - LTL). The shipping cost will vary depending on the following criteria:
  • Number of pallets
  • Weight of pallets
  • Liftgate required at delivery
  • Remote delivery location
  • Residential location
  • Limited Access
  • Hazardous Materials
  • If your large shipment is to arrive via an LTL carrier, the following are items we suggest that you follow:
  • Remove shrink wrap and examine thoroughly
  • Notate any, and all damage or shortage on the delivery receipt / bill of landing (BOL)
    • The following are a few examples of notes to write on the BOL: "Possible concealed damage", "Boxes crushed", "Boxes damaged", "Shrink wrap torn - possible shortage"

  • Always a great idea to take pictures
  • If contents are damaged at all, please call GrowersHouse (1.855.289.1441) immediately before signing for delivery
  • Ask the deliver driver to sign the BOL as well
  • If contents are visibly damaged - refuse the delivery and simply write "Refused due to damaged condition"

Note: Freight claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and will not be accepted without following the above procedures

*Please do not discard any packaging materials until all unit(s) have been tested / inspected and are functioning properly any, and all damage or shortage on the delivery receipt / bill of lading (BOL)

Returns

  • Special order items are non-returnable
  • If you need to return an item/s, fill out our returns & exchanges form HERE
  • Items that are good merchandise returns must be in resalable condition to receive a full refund

Tucson + Phoenix Will Call Service Center Information

  • All in-stock items will be ready for pick up one (1) hour after your order is placed
  • All orders placed prior to 8:00 AM on business days will be ready for pick up when we open @ 9:00 AM
  • Orders placed at 3:00 PM or later will be ready the next business day
