AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T-Series: Smart Duct Fan With Climate Control

The CLOUDLINE T-Series pairs a mixed-flow duct fan with the CONTROLLER 69 PRO, a smart controller that runs the fan on temperature, humidity and VPD. Five duct sizes cover the range, from 226 CFM on the 4-inch T4 to 1604 CFM on the 12-inch T12. Inside, a PWM-controlled EC motor drives an impeller with a stator blade behind it. That design holds airflow against the resistance of a carbon filter and long duct runs. Static pressure ratings climb from 223 Pa on the T4 to 1059 Pa on the T10. PWM control lets the motor run smoothly at very low speeds without adding heat or noise. The smallest model is rated at just 26 dBA. A 12-foot sensor probe feeds the controller live temperature and humidity readings. Set triggers for temperature, humidity or VPD, and the fan speeds up when the room drifts past them. Dynamic speeds scale that response, while a minimum speed keeps air moving between triggers. Timer, cycle and schedule modes handle on-demand runs. The controller connects to the AC Infinity app for remote control, notifications, climate history charts and CSV export. Its four ports can power and control up to four UIS devices, such as more CLOUDLINE fans or CLOUDRAY clip fans. The motor box detaches from the mounted frame, so the impeller cleans up without taking the ducting down.

Sizing and Installing an Inline Duct Fan in a Grow Tent

AC Infinity sizes a fan from the volume of the space. Multiply the tent's length, width and height in feet to get a base airflow figure. A carbon filter adds about 60% to that number, ducting about 20% and a silencer another 20%. LED heat can raise the total by up to half again. The fan you choose should still sit about a quarter above the final figure. For a 4 x 3 x 6 ft tent with a filter, ducting, a silencer and LED heat, the target lands near 249 CFM. Growers running a 5 x 5 tent under a strong LED often weigh the T6 against the T8. Mount the fan as high as possible, since heat rises, and keep the filter up top as well. With a passive intake, the exhaust fan's suction pulls fresh, CO2-carrying air into the tent. Dual ball bearings rated for 67,000 hours let the fan hang horizontally or vertically. Duct clamps, hanging straps and a 10 ft UIS extension cord come in the box. Place the probe near the plants, and route its cord away from HID ballasts that can disturb the reading. Plug the fan and the grow light into separate outlets, as AC Infinity directs. The unit runs on 100-240V AC and carries an IP44 rating against dust and moisture. It operates from 32 to 140°F and from 35 to 85% relative humidity. AC Infinity backs the system with a two-year warranty.
