An IP67-rated ASA enclosure with a GORE membrane keeps moisture and dust off the sense element. Pairing happens within 20 m of an Aranet PRO base station. Once linked, the unit holds connection up to 3 km of clear line of sight. Battery life runs up to 10 years on a single AA.
