Two long trays, each holding a pair of square pots, make up the growing side of this kit. Every pot takes 2.2 gal of mix and measures about 9.6 in across the top. Each 2Pot tray runs roughly 22.6 in by 10.8 in and comes with a fitted lid. One AQUAvalve5 sits in each tray and fills it to about 1 in deep before shutting. The valve reopens only when the tray is empty, so each pair runs its own wet and dry rhythm. A faster-drinking pair cycles more often without flooding the slower one. Both trays draw from a 12.4 gal reservoir with a lid and grommet. Gravity supplies the pressure, so there is no pump, timer or outlet to manage. AutoPot tags this kit for a 3 x 3 ft or 2 x 4 ft tent. Compact plants, herbs and young mothers all suit the 2.2 gal pots.

Plumbing a Grow Tent Watering Kit for Two Trays

This grow tent watering kit splits one supply line into two short branches. Seat the grommet and 3/8 in golf filter in the reservoir outlet. Run the 10 ft of 3/8 in pipe through the inline taps and two tee connectors to the two valves. Two inline taps let the feed close for refills, filter checks or a plain-water flush. Raise the reservoir so its base sits at least 6 in above both valves. Set a Root Control Square in each pot and a PotSock Square under it, gold faces up. Fill with a light, fluffy mix, about half perlite or clay pebbles with coco or soil. Transplant starts around 6 in tall and water each one through by hand. Wait 5 to 7 days before opening the taps, so roots reach down toward the moisture. Then check the filter now and then and refill before the tank drops to a third. Extension kits can join more trays to the same line later.
