What the CenturionPro Quantanium Hybrid Tumbler Replaced

Two parts, with one. Until 2020 the line carried a 1/8 in wet barrel and a 1/4 in dry barrel, and a room running both conditions owned both. The dual purpose build ended that. One part now, not two. It is 30 in long in 16 gauge 304 stainless, and it fits the Original, Silver Bullet and Gladiator. The Mini is on its own part.

Switching a Machine Between Wet and Dry Trimming

Nothing on the barrel changes. Tumbler speed and blade timing do. The machine takes flower straight off the cut or flower out of the dry room, on the same part. Aim for 11% moisture on dry runs, with 8 to 13% either side of it. Rehydrate brittle leaf near 75% RH for half a day rather than forcing it through. The Original and Silver Bullet move 50 lbs an hour wet and 10 dry. The Gladiator runs two barrels for 75 and 15, so size the spare set accordingly. Quantanium is PPG reinforced PTFE, PFOA free and rated FDA conforming. It is also a wear surface. The 10 year machine term does not cover it, and a pressure washer will lift it.
