Cultured Solutions ® UC ROOTS is a versatile root zone optimizer specially formulated to decrease mineral deposits, combat harmful biofilms, and foster root development in hydroponic systems, substrate, and irrigation equipment. It's your perfect ally for all hydroponics applications including DWC/RDWC, Rockwool, NFT, Ebb/Flow, Drip, and substrate-based Re-circulating or Drain to Waste systems.

Regular Treatment: For maintaining a healthy hydroponics system or reservoir, mix 2-5mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of nutrient solution every 3-5 days if nutrient temperatures are below 68 °F or every 1-3 days if they exceed 76 °F.

Periodic Flush: Aid in the removal of excess minerals by adding 5-10mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of water and continuing normal irrigation for 12-24 hours.

Pre-Harvest Flush: Ensure a pure, high-quality yield by adding 5-10mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of water and continuing normal irrigation for the last 3-5 days of the flowering cycle.

Cloning/Propagation: Kickstart the cloning or propagation process by adding 15 mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of fresh water at the beginning.

Hydroponic System/Reservoir Cleaning (Without Plants): For thorough cleaning, add 30mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of water, circulate for 1-24 hours, then drain the system/reservoir.

To Clean Used Media: Prepare your media for reuse by soaking overnight in a solution of 30mL of UC ROOTS per gallon of water, ideal for clay pebbles, coconut fiber, rock wool, stone wool, and more.

Recommendations: Cultured Solutions is meticulously formulated to work seamlessly with tap water (100-150 ppm), eliminating the need for additives like CalMag. For tap water exceeding 250 ppm, a reverse osmosis filter is recommended. In scenarios where all parameters such as lighting, CO2, RH, and temps are optimized, increasing the recommended dosage by 15-25% could be beneficial, monitoring the plants to optimize dosages accordingly.
