Picking a Fertilizer Injector by Ratio, Not Size

Flow tells you what fits the pipe. Ratio tells you what the machine is for, and that is the common mistake when choosing a fertilizer injector. At 1:20 this unit puts nearly 190 mL in every gallon. That suits thick organic feeds, teas and heavy stock solutions, where a dilute injector runs out of adjustment. If your recipe sits nearer 1:500, the D8RE2 is the model.
