A 4-zone lighting controller for DLI fixtures
The DLM-4 splits a facility into four independent zones, each driving up to 256 DLI fixtures and reading its own temperature sensor. That is up to 1024 lights and four zones of climate feedback from a single controller. A digital time clock schedules each zone, and if a zone runs above its set point the DLM-4 dims those lights to protect the crop. Growers register the unit to pull firmware updates and rely on error logging to trace a fault fast.
Per-zone control on the DLM-4
Wiring is straightforward: a DIN-type bracket clips the unit to a wall or panel, and interconnecting communication cables link the zones. It runs on 12VDC at 200mA, carries ETL and FCC marks, and reaches devices up to 1000 meters per zone. A backlit LCD shows status at nine lines by sixteen characters. One note: the communication cables come in several lengths and are ordered to fit your layout.
