Sorting is not trimming, and confusing the two costs labour. Shake and popcorn do not need touch-up at all. Pull them out before quality control and your crew only handles what earns the time. Three grates do the grading: 1/4 in, 1/2 in and 3/4 in. Throughput averages 10,000 g, or 22 lbs, per hour of dried flower.

Why This Bud Sorting Table Has No Motor

There is nothing to plug in. A bud sorting table at this scale works by hand, brushing material across the grates, and the Mini has no moving parts at all. That removes the whole category of problems a motor brings: no belts, no bearings, no downtime, no electrical inspection and nothing to break mid harvest. It also means the operator sets the pace rather than the machine. Contact surfaces are food grade throughout, aluminium 6061 and stainless steel, with HDPE totes. Four 12 gallon totes are included to catch the graded fractions. Sizing against the full size unit comes down to bench space and volume. The Mini is the compact version, built to work on a table rather than stand on its own legs. It weighs about 62 lbs against 80 for the full size. Ship weight is 120 lbs.
