FloraFlex Quick Fill 3 Gallon O2: Ten Mesh-Wrapped Coco Bags

This case carries ten three-gallon QuickFill O2 bags, the mesh-wrapped version of the three-gallon size. Each holds a compressed coco peat blend, the fine pith of coconut husk. FloraFlex washes it to an EC below 0.6 by the Dutch 1:1.5 method. It is CDFA and OMRI certified, and every batch is tested for heavy metals with a laser-printed batch number. The O2 wrapper is a breathable black mesh instead of sealed PE plastic. Air moves through the sides of the root zone, and the outer layer dries between irrigations. Each bag arrives pre-drilled with a center hole for a 40|40 plug or small plant. Two smaller holes take micro drip stakes. The case ships in a carton of about 21.5 x 9 x 9 in and weighs roughly 21 lbs. That is light enough to stack several cases on a cart. FloraFlex tests the wrapper to ASTM D5511 for enhanced landfill biodegradation.

Watering O2 Coco in the Three-Gallon Size

O2 coco gives the three-gallon bag faster drybacks than its plastic-wrapped twin without shrinking the root volume. That combination suits long flowering cycles where plants need room but the grower wants tight control of the root zone. Expand with the FloraFlex 2-Way Micro Dripper Assembly at 0.3 GPH per stake. Expect about two to two and a half hours to reach full expansion. Mix that first run as a complete early-veg feed with calcium and magnesium included. Set the plug once the block is roughly halfway expanded and pull coco up around it. Once running, the fixed 60% water holding capacity keeps every bag on the table holding the same volume. Expect the mesh sides to need more frequent irrigation events than plastic in warm, breezy rooms. Watch the outer edges early on. Dry corners show there before the center does.
