Far Red Under Canopy LED Grow Light: 360W or 720W Bar Array

Bars fire from beneath the crop in two configurations. A 360W three-bar layout covers 4x4 to 4x6 footprints. A 720W six-bar layout extends out to 4x8 to 4x12 spaces. Each 120W bar runs at 2.7 µmol/J in the full spectrum under canopy LED option. Three-bar arrays hit 972 µmol/s PPF, while six-bar arrays double that to 1944 µmol/s. The Emerson Effect far red lighting variant lifts efficacy to 3.3 µmol/J. PPF rises to 1188 or 2376 µmol/s in that mode. The FloraFlex Under Canopy LED system runs on 120V, 240V, or 277V circuits. A 0-10V dimmable LED input pairs the array with universal lighting controllers for staged ramps.

Supplemental Lower Canopy Lighting for Flowering Density

Growers typically place the bars 12 to 18 inches below the canopy on dedicated rails or trellis brackets. Then ramp from 25 percent during transition up to full output through peak bloom in flower rooms. The Emerson Effect activates shade-response photoreceptors that overhead fixtures cannot reach. Flowering density and terpene production lift as a result. Passive cooling means no fan to fail in a high-humidity bloom room. The IP65 LED grow bar tolerates wash-down cleaning between cycles. The 24 inch cord between bars gives flexibility for under-trellis placement and mid-row taps. ETL and DLC listing keeps the supplemental lower canopy lighting eligible for utility rebate paperwork in commercial deployments.
