What Comes in the Futurola KB300 Standard Filling Kit

Three components make up this kit, and each one does a separate job on the bench. The filling device is the plate itself, cut for 1 1/4, Slim and King Size cones. Those four references share a crown band of 11 to 12.5 mm, which is what lets one plate cover three names. The mix tray is the 36 mm size. It holds and levels material over the plate so every funnel sees the same depth before the knock. The third part is the unload station, supplied in the Plus grade for this size family. That station is the Standard and Reefer size. Futurola's reference for the complete kit is F01-KB300-01-02-V3. The machine base, controller and power cord, and spill tray sit outside this bundle. A room that already owns a Knockbox 3 base can go from empty bench to running line with this one kit. A room starting from zero needs the base as well.

Why the Unload Station Plus Changes the Shift

An unload station is the part that decides how fast a filled plate becomes packaged product. The plate holds three hundred cones at once, and clearing them by hand undoes the time the machine saved. The Plus grade covers the Standard and Slender families, so one station serves four cone references. That is the quiet argument for standardising a facility on these sizes. Throughput is where expectations need setting honestly. This machine fills three hundred cones in about two minutes, and that is the filling step alone. Weighing, twisting, capping and packaging are all downstream and all slower than the knock. A line that fills in two minutes and packs in forty is a forty-minute line. Plan the bench around the slowest station rather than the fastest one. Maintenance on a kit is mostly the funnels and the tray. Isopropyl between runs keeps resin out of the taper, and a flat storage shelf keeps the plate true. Both habits cost a minute and save a light row later.
