The 2536-P0 Rotor-X taps into pipes from DN15 to DN100 — that's 1/2 to 4 inch nominal in standard PVC, CPVC, or carbon-steel schedules. The polypropylene body, black PVDF rotor, titanium pin, and FPM O-ring shrug off water, mild acids, and standard fertigation chemistry. A wide 0.1 to 6 m/s (0.3 to 20 ft/s) range covers low-flow drip headers up to high-volume mains. The 66:1 turndown ratio means one sensor handles morning irrigation and night recirculation on the same line.
Paddlewheel Flow Sensor with Open-Collector Output for PLC and Growlink
The open-collector sinking output runs up to 10 mA. A Growlink Connect Controller, Precision Irrigation Controller, or any PLC reads the pulses without a signal conditioner. Linearity holds at ±1% of max range and repeatability at ±0.5%, both referenced to 25°C. Pressure rating sits at 180 psi at 68°F and derates to 25 psi at 185°F, with operating temperatures cleared from 0 to 185°F. The sensor lands in a standard 1.5 in NPT or compatible installation saddle. On most live lines, you can hot-tap with the right shutoff valve in place — no system drain.
