What Comes With the Gro1 5 Gallon Bubble Bags

The set holds five bags cut to line a standard 5 gallon bucket or a small extraction washer. Mesh ratings run 220, 160, 120, 73 and 25 micron. The 220 work bag holds leaf and plant matter while loosened resin passes through. Below it, the 160 and 120 screens catch the larger heads and some fine plant material. The 73 and 25 bags collect the smaller heads and the finest grades. Five screens keep the stack quick to assemble and quick to pull apart. The fabric is reusable across many washes. Gro1 developed the screen series through professional testing. The set ships at about 2 lb and carries a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Because the bags fit a common bucket, the whole setup can run with gear most growers already own.

Running a Bubble Hash Kit in a Bucket

A bubble hash kit this size turns a season's trim into a manageable bucket wash. Freeze the material first, since cold, brittle resin heads break away cleanly. Stack the bags in the bucket from the 25 at the bottom up to the 220 on top. Fill the work bag with material, ice and cold water, then stir gently by hand or with a paddle on a slow drill. Let the mix settle, lift the 220 bag and allow it to drain. Pull each finer bag in turn, scraping the resin onto parchment. Pat it dry, crumble it into a thin layer and dry it somewhere cool, dark and low in humidity. Keep the water near freezing throughout, because warm water softens resin and muddies the grades. A second wash of the same material often yields more resin from the same load. Rinse each bag in cold water after use, and let them air dry before storing. With good habits, the set gives clean, sorted grades from one wash to the next.
