Inside the Gro1 5 Gallon Extraction Bags Set

Each of the eight bags is cut to line a standard 5 gallon bucket or a small extraction washer. Mesh ratings run 220, 190, 160, 120, 90, 73, 45 and 25 micron, one bag for each grade. Every bag has its own colour, from yellow on the 220 work bag to purple on the 25. That colour key makes it quick to nest the stack correctly with cold, wet hands. The 220 bag holds the plant material and lets loosened resin pass through. Each finer bag below catches a narrower band of resin heads, which keeps the grades apart. The fabric is built for reuse across many washes. Gro1 refined the screen series through professional testing. The set weighs about 3 lb and carries a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. A 5 gallon footprint keeps the whole wash manageable on a kitchen counter or garage bench.

Working a Bubble Bag Kit in a 5 Gallon Bucket

A bubble bag kit of this size is a natural fit for small harvests, test batches and trim from a single plant. Line the bucket with the purple 25 bag first, then add each coarser bag until the yellow 220 sits on top. Add frozen material, plenty of ice and very cold water to the work bag. Stir by hand or with a paddle on a slow drill, keeping the motion gentle so leaf stays intact. Lift the 220 bag and let it drain before setting the plant material aside. Raise each finer bag in turn and scrape its resin onto parchment. Press out the water lightly, then break the resin up to dry on a rack in a cool, dark room. Colder water and shorter wash times generally give cleaner results. Rinse the bags in cold water after each session, adding a splash of isopropyl alcohol for sticky patches. Hang them to dry fully before folding them away. Kept clean, the set handles season after season of small-batch washing.
