A dual-zone lighting controller for greenhouses and grow rooms

The controller splits into two independent channels, A and B, each daisy-chaining up to 100 fixtures for 200 total. A 0-11.5V signal dims smoothly from 10 to 115% output. A 24-hour cycle with 10-60 minute sunrise and sunset ramps eases plants into and out of each day. It works with Growers Choice CMH and DE fixtures and ROI Series LED. Growers set each zone on the LCD touchscreen and save the schedule per channel in seconds.

Safety and sensors on the master controller

Each channel gets its own thermal probe, so if a room overheats the controller auto-dims or shuts that zone down to protect the crop. NO/NC alarm ports and dual ECM ports open up extra monitoring and automation. The compact 0.5 kg unit mounts on a wall or rack and runs on a 5VDC adapter. Worth noting: it is a lighting controller, so climate gear like fans or dehumidifiers runs on a separate environmental controller.
