0-10V Analog Dimming Controller for Multi-Zone Grow Lighting
The Growlink 4-Channel lightLINK drives up to 200 dimmable fixtures across four zones via four independent 0-10V analog outputs. Each channel handles 50 fixtures max and delivers 125mA at 24VDC into the dim port. That's enough headroom for Gavita, Fluence, TrolMaster, and most industry-standard 0-10V LED drivers and ballasts. The unit takes 24VDC input from a Growlink HUB through the RJ-45 cable, pulling 12W max at full load. DIN rail mounting keeps the controller flush in a control panel. Operating range covers 50–122°F (10–50°C) and 0–75% RH non-condensing for greenhouse and indoor cultivation.
Sunrise/Sunset Ramping Through a Centralized 0-10V Analog Dimming Controller
Map each channel to one room or canopy zone. Flowering on channel 1, veg on 2, mother on 3, propagation on 4. The 0-10V analog dimming controller fires the matching driver inputs from Growlink OS. Place the unit close to the fixture array to keep 0-10V signal runs short. Analog dimming voltage drops over long wire runs and can cause uneven brightness across a row. Sunrise/sunset ramping is the daily workhorse. Program a 10-30 minute ramp from 10% to 100% at lights-on and reverse it at lights-off to avoid light shock and stretch. Save recipes per crop cycle — veg ramps, flower DLI targets, finishing UV pulses — and reuse them across rooms running the same genetics. The trade-off is that channel-level control isn't fixture-level control. If two fixtures on the same channel need different intensities, split them onto separate channels rather than averaging.
Key Features
- 4× 0-10V Analog Outputs (50 Fixtures Each): Independent dimming across four zones with up to 200 fixtures total at industry-standard 0-10V signaling.
- Gavita, Fluence, TrolMaster Compatible: Plugs into most 0-10V dim ports on commercial LED drivers and ballasts without protocol adapters.
- Sunrise/Sunset Ramping in Growlink OS: Build per-zone ramp profiles, save recipes by crop cycle, and reuse them across rooms running the same genetics.
- Growlink HUB Required, 24VDC Input: Powers from the HUB over RJ-45 and pulls 12W max at full load with 125mA per dim channel.
- DIN Rail Mounting: Mounts flush in a control panel and keeps signal wiring tidy across a multi-zone lighting build.
