4-Channel Triac Output Module for Fast-Cycling Dosing Loads

The BMT-F-TO4 carries four solid-state triac outputs rated 0.8 A each at 24 V AC/DC. Where a DO-4 relay would burn out chasing the rapid pulses an HE Anderson injection pump asks for, the triac switches stay clean. The pump fires rhythmically at the injection rate the dosing recipe calls for, and BACnet MS/TP carries the setpoints from the Growlink controller.

Each output gets a three-position black toggle. Setting A lets Growlink software command the channel. Setting 1 forces the triac on. Setting 0 locks it off. The module clips to a TH35 DIN rail and lands the BACnet line on spring-clamp terminals, so commissioning takes minutes per panel. Wire it next to a BMT-F-DI4 or BMT-F-AOP4 for a full BACnet I/O stack on the same trunk.
