Central wiring point for every Growlink LINK module — the Growlink HUB powers up to eight devices over RJ-45 (24VDC at 1A per port), bridges them to Growlink OS over Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and runs as the backbone for valveLINK, quadLINK, relayLINK, canopyLINK, and lightLINK installs.

Growlink LINKS HUB for Centralized 8-Port Device Control

The Growlink LINKS HUB powers and communicates with up to eight LINK devices over standard RJ-45 cabling. Each port supplies up to 1A at 24VDC through the cable itself. Valves, relays, and sensor modules pull both data and power from the same line. The HUB itself runs 24VDC at 3W from the included AC/DC supply. Network connection uses Ethernet for primary uplink with Wi-Fi available as a backup channel to Growlink OS. Operating range covers 50–122°F (10–50°C) and 0–75% RH non-condensing, suitable for greenhouse and indoor cultivation.

Wiring a Centralized Automation Hub for Multi-Device Grow Operations

Plan the eight ports around device priority: HUB-required modules first (relayLINK and quadLINK), then optional-HUB devices (valveLINK, canopyLINK, lightLINK) that could otherwise run over Wi-Fi. Place the controller centrally to keep cable runs short and reduce voltage drop on the PoC line. The 1A-per-port budget is the constraint worth checking. A quadLINK and a relayLINK draw their own data current, while sensor hubs and valve drivers add their loads. For facilities needing more than eight devices, scale by adding additional HUB units in the same Growlink OS account. Each new HUB appears as a separate communication node in the dashboard. The trade-off is that every HUB needs its own Ethernet port. Plan switch capacity at the network layer before expanding past two or three HUBs per room. This is what the centralized automation hub design buys you — one network drop, one power supply, eight device channels.

Key Features

  • 8 RJ-45 Device Ports with PoC: Each port supplies up to 1A at 24VDC over the same cable that carries device data — fewer power supplies, cleaner wiring.
  • Ethernet + Wi-Fi Network Connectivity: Plug into the local network over Ethernet for primary uplink or fall back to Wi-Fi when running tents or temporary spaces.
  • Powers Every Wired LINK Device: Required for relayLINK and quadLINK, optional for valveLINK and canopyLINK; one HUB anchors the full LINKS deployment.
  • Standalone or Multi-HUB Scaling: Run one HUB per room or add additional HUBs to the same Growlink OS account for larger facilities.
  • Made in the USA: Built for greenhouse and indoor agricultural environments with serviceable construction.
