Eight zones of solenoid-level irrigation control — the Growlink valveLINK fires 24VDC valves through dedicated sourcing FETs and ties every channel into Growlink OS, where Copilot turns the unit into a precision irrigation controller built around crop-steering programs.

Growlink valveLINK Irrigation Controller for Precision Crop Steering

The Growlink valveLINK Irrigation Controller drives up to eight independent solenoids or DC valves. Each channel runs through 24VDC sourcing FETs rated 1A per output and 2.7A combined. Each output ties directly into Growlink OS, where Copilot can build crop-steering programs that adjust shot count, duration, and timing per zone. The unit pairs over WiFi for standalone use or connects to a Growlink HUB via the included 10-foot RJ-45 cable for wired installs. Operating range covers 50–122°F (10–50°C) and 0–75% RH non-condensing, suitable for greenhouse and indoor cultivation.

Eight-Zone Drip Schedules from a Precision Irrigation Controller

Map each channel to one irrigation zone — bench, table, or plant block. The precision irrigation controller fires the matching valve when the Copilot program calls a shot. Place the controller centrally enough that valve runs stay under the FET's 1A current limit per channel. 24V latching solenoids draw more on the pull pulse, so size cable gauge and split high-draw valves across channels. For larger facilities, scale by adding additional valveLINK units to the same Growlink OS account. Channels stay logically grouped under zone names rather than module IDs. Sensor-based mode pairs well with substrate moisture probes. The controller delays the next shot until water content drops past the dryback target, which is core to crop steering. Note 24VAC solenoids aren't compatible — these outputs are DC sourcing FETs, so verify the valve coil type before wiring.

Key Features

  • 8 Independent Channels (1A Each, 2.7A Combined): Drive up to eight 24VDC irrigation valves on dedicated sourcing FETs sized for typical solenoid duty.
  • Growlink Copilot Crop Steering: Build dryback-aware shot programs that adapt by zone, substrate sensor input, or feeding stage.
  • WiFi Standalone or HUB Wired Mode: Pair to Growlink OS over WiFi for solo setups or plug into a Growlink HUB via the included RJ-45 cable.
  • Flexible Control Modes: Run manual, schedule-based, or sensor-triggered irrigation across all eight channels.
  • Made in the USA: Built for demanding greenhouse and indoor agricultural environments with serviceable construction.
