GrowoniX Green Coconut Carbon Filter for EX/GX Systems
The GrowoniX green coconut carbon filter is an eco-friendly carbon block built from high-purity coconut-shell activated carbon. It reduces chlorine, taste, odor, and certain VOCs as water passes through. The NSF61-listed green carbon is made with a patented low-emission process, so it runs high flow with a low carbon footprint. It carries a 10-micron rating. It also meets NSF Standard 42.
16,000-Gallon Carbon Stage for the RO Membrane
Run it as the carbon stage ahead of your RO membrane to strip chlorine before it can degrade the element. It is rated for 16,000 total gallons of chlorine removal, or about 8,000 gallons of RO water at a 1:1 ratio. The 4.5" x 10" block fits the EX600, EX1000, GX600, GX1000, Lil Boss, and Lil Boss Deluxe. The 10-micron media catches sediment too. Swap it as chlorine breaks through.
