GrowoniX Lil Boss Deluxe with KDF85 Catalytic Carbon
The GrowoniX Lil Boss Deluxe is the 3 GPM (180 GPH) two-stage scrubber upgraded with premium KDF85 and catalytic carbon (CF-4510-KDF) in place of standard carbon. That media removes chloramine, which plain carbon cannot touch, along with chlorine, iron, hydrogen sulfide, heavy metals, and scale over 17,000 gallons. A spun sediment stage (SF-4510) still catches grit up front. It is a dechlorinator for problem water, not an RO system, so it does not lower PPM.
Chloramine and Well-Water Protection Before RO
Feed water connects through a brass female garden-hose fitting and leaves via 3/8" quick-connect, running 1 to 90 psi and 40°F to 105°F. Dual 2" liquid-filled stainless gauges read pressure across the unit, mounted on a powder-coated steel bracket. KDF85 is bacteriostatic, so it slows bacterial growth inside the housing. Flush the KDF media at startup to clear carbon fines before you send water on.
