The 80 mm Integra Boost Stick at 62% RH, the general-purpose storage setpoint. The narrow format drops into a tube or slim jar where a flat sachet would fold. This is the bulk configuration: 1,500 sticks in one double-overwrapped case, with no wrappers and no indicator cards.

The Integra Boost 80mm Stick 62% Is the Default Setpoint in a Tube

The job is a narrow container that a flat sachet will not sit in properly. A tube, a slim jar, a tall pouch. Fold a packet into one of those and it blocks the opening or creases against the contents. The stick is the same fill in a shape that drops straight in. At 80 mm it is the shorter of the two lengths Integra makes. 62% RH is the general-purpose storage setpoint, where most retail material ships, so this is the version that suits a line running mixed stock. Two-way control means it gives moisture back to dry air and takes it up from damp.

Sizing Sticks to a Container, and What 1500 Means

Sizing a stick is not the same as sizing a packet. Integra publishes coverage figures per gram for its sachets and none for its stick lengths. What you have instead is fit. The stick has to go into the container without bending, and there has to be enough of it for the volume of air. In practice that means one stick per tube, and a longer stick for a longer tube. The 110 mm version exists for exactly that. Where the count comes in is the case size, because 80 mm sticks ship 1,500 to a master case against 1,200 for the 110 mm. More sticks per case, and less material in each one of them.

Key Features

  • Narrow 80mm Format: Drops into a tube or slim jar where a flat sachet would fold or block the opening.
  • 62% RH Setpoint: The general-purpose storage tier, and where most retail material ships.
  • Two-Way Humidity Control: Releases moisture into dry air and absorbs it back out of damp air.
  • Same Fill as Every Boost Pack: Plant-based glycerin and water, salt-free, behind the same spill-proof membrane.
  • 1,500 Sticks Per Master Case: The higher count of the two lengths, since each stick holds less material.
  • No Individual Overwrap: Sticks ship loose, which is what brings the per-stick cost down.
  • No Indicator Cards: Nothing on a stick reads its state, so replacement is scheduled rather than seen.
  • Longer Stick Also Stocked: The 110 mm body ships 1,200 to a case and suits a taller container.
  • Work a Case in One Session: Loose sticks start on air contact, so an opened case is run down rather than parked.

How Is a Stick Different From a Packet?

Only in shape. The fill, the membrane and the two-way control are the same; the stick fits narrow containers a sachet cannot.

How Much Does One Stick Cover?

Integra publishes gram coverage for its sachets, not for its sticks. Pick the length that fits the container without bending.

Should You Run 55% or 62%?

62% keeps more moisture in and suits stock that moves quickly. 55% runs drier and suits long holds and dense material.

Why Are There No Indicator Cards?

This is the bulk configuration. Cards and wrappers are what a retail pack pays for, and dropping both cuts the per-stick cost.
