This bag holds 25 of Netafim's VibroNet model 040 heads, each fitted with a blue flow chamber and an anti-drain check valve on the inlet. It is a bridge-free micro-emitter built for germination tables, where a soft, even mist matters more than raw volume. Water passing the nozzle sets a small needle vibrating, and that vibration breaks the jet into fine, uniform droplets. The same motion keeps mineral scale from settling in the orifice, which is why these heads rarely need picking clean. Netafim rates the blue nozzle at 40 L/h (10.6 GPH) at 3.0 bar, with a recommended working range of 3.0 to 4.0 bar. Its US design guide plans around a lower average line pressure of 32 psi, where the same nozzle delivers 9.2 GPH. Wetted diameter runs about 4.0 m (13 ft) with the head mounted 150 cm above the ground. The valve is Netafim's AD 20 anti-drain type. It keeps the lateral charged after shutdown, so short misting cycles switch on and off cleanly instead of dribbling out the low end. Filtration should be 120 mesh (130 micron) or finer, because the water passage through the nozzle is only 0.60 mm². Every part comes apart by hand for flushing.

The head runs upright on a riser or inverted from a hanging drop, which is the more common layout over propagation benches. That drop assembly, or the threaded adapter for rigid pipe, is a separate part and does not come in this bag. At this light flow, standard three-quarter-inch poly feeds a supply run of well over a hundred feet. Flush the mainline and every supply pipe before the check-valve heads go on. Construction grit washed into a new line is what plugs a fresh head or throws its pattern off. Blue is the gentler of the two VibroNet flows, so it puts down less water per cycle than the green nozzle. For heavier overhead watering of finished containers, the green VibroNet or a SpinNet head is the better match. Where rooting cuttings need saturated humidity rather than droplets, a fogger such as the CoolNet Pro handles that job better. Twenty-five heads outfit roughly 72 feet of line at the tightest spacing, which is one long germination bench or two short ones.
