Terpenes are what a customer notices first and what a harvest loses fastest. Terpinator 0-0-4 terpene enhancer feeds the plant's own terpenoid and resin production with 4% soluble potash and no N or P. It pushes the late-flower lever without unbalancing a feed chart that already works.

Terpinator 0-0-4 Terpene Enhancer Feeds Aroma and Resin

Terpenes are what a customer notices first and what a harvest loses fastest. They are volatile by nature, driven off by heat, time and rough handling. Every cultivar carries a genetic ceiling for aroma and resin, and most rooms finish well under it. Terpinator works on that gap. A 0-0-4 analysis puts 4% soluble potash and the precursors behind terpenoid synthesis into the feed, with no nitrogen or phosphate riding along. The plant then builds more of its own aroma and resin through native pathways. What reaches the jar is the cultivar's real profile pushed further, not someone else's terpenes sprayed over the top.

Why This Terpene and Resin Enhancer Runs 0-0-4

The shape of that analysis is the whole argument. Nitrogen late in bloom keeps a plant vegetative when it should be ripening, and it often shows up in the finish as harsh, green smoke. Phosphate is the other habit worth breaking. Most PK boosters oversupply it and the plant has little use for the surplus. Strip both out and you are left with the element that earns its place at the end. Potassium drives sugar transport. That movement fuels the secondary metabolites built and stored in the trichome heads — terpenoids and the resin around them alike.

Rhizoflora's schedule follows the same logic. Run 5–10 mL/gal in veg, 10–15 through early and mid bloom, then 25 mL/gal from week five into flush. That last step is the one that counts. Aroma accumulates in the final stretch, so a bottle cracked open in week seven has missed most of the window it was meant for. It layers onto any base line without unbalancing a chart and sits pH neutral. At full strength it moves solution no more than 300 PPM, worth knowing if you already run close to an EC ceiling.

Key Features

  • 0-0-4 Guaranteed Analysis: 4% soluble potash with zero nitrogen and zero phosphate, so it never fights the base feed.
  • Terpenoid and Resin Production: Works on both the aroma compounds and the resin they sit in, rather than one at the expense of the other.
  • No PGRs or Heavy Metals: Nothing in the bottle that has to be flushed out or explained on a test result.
  • Works Through Native Pathways: Feeds the plant's own terpenoid synthesis rather than coating the crop in added aromatics.
  • Potassium Where It Earns Its Place: K moves sugars, and that transport is what feeds metabolite production in the trichome heads.
  • Fully Water-Soluble: Mixes clean in soil, coco and recirculating hydro without settling in a reservoir.
  • Compatible With Any Nutrient Line: Layers onto an existing chart as a supplement, not a base swap.
  • Neutral pH, Under 300 PPM: Predictable EC impact and no re-correction step after it goes in.
  • Runs Through Flush: The heaviest rate is saved for the weeks terpenoids actually accumulate.
  • Four Sizes, 1 L to 23 L: Scales from a single tent to a commercial reservoir on the same formula.

Should You Run Terpinator During Flush?

Yes — flush is where the heaviest rate lives. Rhizoflora calls for 25 mL per gallon from week five onward, flush included, because that is when terpenoids accumulate.

How Much Terpinator Per Gallon?

Run 5 to 10 mL per gallon in veg and 10 to 15 through early and mid bloom. From week five into flush it steps to 25 mL.

Terpinator or Purpinator — What Is the Difference?

Terpinator is 0-0-4 and works on terpenoid and resin production. Purpinator is a separate 0-2-4 product aimed at color expression, so the two are not interchangeable.

Does Terpinator Add Terpenes to the Plant?

No. It feeds the plant's own terpenoid synthesis, so what you get is the cultivar's profile expressed further rather than an aroma added on top.

Will Terpinator Affect My pH or EC?

It is pH neutral and adds no more than 300 PPM at full strength, so an existing solution needs no re-correction after it goes in.
