ThinkGrow TSD-3 Holds ICL Light Bars Level Under the Canopy

Under canopy bars only work if they sit level and stay put between the plants. Hanging them from above is not always possible once the canopy fills in. The TSD-3 solves that by standing the bar up from the floor or bench. It is made for the ICL-120 under canopy bar and the ICL-150 multi-purpose bar. Each fixture rests on two stands, and this pack includes exactly two. Every stand is a supporting rod that screws into its own base. A clip in the middle of the rod sets the height at 8, 10, 12 or 14 in. That range lets the bar sit low for short plants and rise as they grow. The fixture locks onto the top of both stands for a stable, even position. The stands need no ceiling anchors or hanging hardware.

Setting Up a Vertical LED Stand

Screw a supporting rod firmly into each stand base. Hold the height clip, slide the rod to the level you want and release the clip to lock it. Set both stands to the same height so the bar sits flat. Space them to line up with the mounting points at each end of the bar. Align the ICL-120 or ICL-150 with the top of each stand and lock it onto both sides. Give the assembly a gentle push to make sure it does not rock. Link neighboring bars through their male and female ports to build a row. Recheck the height as plants stretch so leaves do not rest on the lens. The ICL-300 uses a different stand, the TSD-1, which is sold separately. Light bars and power cords are not included with this pack. The ICL-120 and ICL-150 tech sheets attached below show the stand installation steps.
