Discreet Shipping Hydroponics Domestic and International
Our hydroponics supplies shipping carriers are FedEx, UPS, and USPS, although we primarily use FedEx. With a special request, we can use any of these carriers, although rates may change depending on the carrier. For the privacy of our customers, we make sure to ship everything discreetly in packaging that does not allude to its contents. Occasionally we use USPS for smaller and international packages. Below is a map of shipping times from our main warehouse in Tucson, AZ. Keep in mind, this map shows how long it will take once your item(s) have left our warehouse, not necessarily from the time you placed your order. FedEx does deliver Monday through Friday.
NOTE: Non-freight delivery issues must be reported within 72 hours.
Free Shipping items only applies to domestic US (lower 48 states -- sorry Alaska & Hawaii) shipments.
We do ship internationally to most countries. Keep in mind each country has a different way of assigning fees to inbound packages from other countries. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, import taxes, customs charges, GST, customs value, or any other fees assessed by your particular government or country for importing a product.
GrowersHouse does not pay for return shipping costs in the event of warranty issues and/or damage caused by the shipper. If for any reason the items you ordered are not allowed in your country, GrowersHouse cannot be responsible for return shipping -- we will refund all product costs, but not shipping costs.

BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY:
REMOVE SHRINK WRAP AND EXAMINE THOROUGHLY.
NOTATE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE ON DELIVERY RECEIPT -- BE SURE THE DRIVER READS YOUR NOTES. Examples: “Possible Concealed Damage” “[Brand/Item]’s box torn/wrinkled” “[Count of] damaged boxes”.
IF CONTENTS ARE DAMAGED AT ALL, CALL GROWERS HOUSE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SIGNING AT 1.855.289.1441.
HAVE DRIVER SIGN AS WITNESS TO CONDITION. DRIVER IS NOT ADMITTING FAULT, BUT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN.
IF CONTENTS ARE VISIBLY DAMAGED -- REFUSE DELIVERY. AND WRITE “REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGED CONDITION”.
FREIGHT CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PROCEDURE DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS of DELIVERY.
