Types of Replacement Filters
Quest MERV 13 and MERV 8 Panels
Quest offers MERV 13 panels for the 100, 335, Next Gen, Dual and 6 Series, plus MERV 8 and MERV 10 options. The 506, 706, 746 and 876 take two 20 x 17.88 x 2 in panels per unit. Quest calls its MERV 13 grade 65% more effective than MERV 8.
Anden MERV 11 Filters
Anden MERV 11 filters carry their own part numbers: 5772 for the A70, 5701 for the A130 and 5781 for the A210V1. The A320 takes the 5813 at 20 x 22 x 2 in, and the A710 the 5852. Anden builds them as multi-pleat panels for more surface inside the frame.
Air Mover HEPA and Pre-Filters
The Quest H5 air mover runs a MERV 8 pre-filter in front of an 18 x 18 x 2.5 in HEPA panel. Quest rates that HEPA stage at 99.97% DOP at 0.3 micron. The Quest 70 pint also pairs a pre-filter with its MERV 13 panel.
How Growers Keep Filters Fresh
Match the part to your exact model and check the size printed on the old panel. A clean filter keeps air moving across the coil, which is how the unit reaches its rated pints. The Quest Dual, 335 and 506 manuals say to check the filter every six months and change it with every grow cycle. Anden says to replace it every 12 weeks or at the end of a harvest.

How do I find the right dehumidifier filters?
Start with the model number on the unit's label, then match it to the filter listing. Each Quest and Anden panel here names the models it fits and its size. Some Quest units take two panels, so check whether your machine needs one or a pair.
What does MERV 13 mean?
MERV is a filter efficiency rating. The EPA holds MERV 13 to at least 50% capture from 0.3 to 1 micron and 90% from 3 to 10 microns. MERV 11, used across the Anden range, is held to 65% from 1 to 3 microns and 85% from 3 to 10.
Why does a clogged filter matter?
A loaded filter restricts airflow across the coil. Quest notes that clean media keeps the machine at its rated pints, while a dirty face means full power draw for less water removed. Dust that slips past also coats the coil itself.
